Looking for suggestions for automated and/or easiest way to keep track of multiple credit cards, several mortgages, lines of credit, taxes, insurance DUE DATES/AMOUNTS owed, logins passwords  etc...Now I use an excel spread sheet but its not ideal and would prefer something easier that has reminders or something similar when payment is due etc.....

foreclosed is past tense :)  Preforclosures start with the NOD and are finalized with the NTS (notice of trustee sale) OR the owner curing the past due amount.ANY title company  can provide such a list, some will automate the email to you and there may be a small fee

Or are you simply getting a daily email from an automated service where may be 4 months ago you told her your price range, desired locations etc...?

I don't know if they do this at the bank you will be refinancing with but are they doing an independent appraisal or an automated computer value appraisal (something my bank does as an alternative)?

I'm crazy and developing systems and processes that automate the business.At the end of the day real estate offers options that other investment vehicles just can't match.

Play hard to get if you do not have all these leads come in.Fake it till you make it is a real thing.My advice is to spend your time automating lead generation and less time fighting to make one deal happen.

Based on their website, it seems automated, has bookkeeping, and a good savings rate as well.
