Inventory near the new Apple campus is less than two weeks, and our eastern toll-road (130) is getting a nearly 4M sq ft Amazon logistics facility to the north (Pflugerville) and a Tesla assembly plant, with all the attendant suppliers, to the south, near the airport. 

They are available at Amazon.  

I'm worried about guests burning the house down with a charcoal grill.I've been considering an electric grill like these advertised on Amazon.

I didn't take into account at the time how transient the residents of studios and 1-bedroom places can be.

Amazon is about to open a new facility here among many other developments popping up all over town.

I bought some yi cameras on amazon and they’re great.

I could always try it out and see the impact.That being said, we have a small studio, and so even if we do raise it up, we can't raise it to an amount that would actually cover a cleaning since our night rates are so low, it wouldn't make sense like it does with larger properties.Anyone have any recommendations for one person/service that would manage it?  

Unless you're predicting good appreciation, job growth, town improvements, Amazon building a warehouse, etc... which is speculative at best. 

Id advise them maybe, but also you can put up a game cam or a 5G wireless camera from amazon.

Here in Columbus we have huge corporations choosing to set up shop here like Amazon, Intel, the Limited, and more.
