I have seen so many make emotional decisions and inaccurately assess things based on their own personal standards/perspectives.

House hacking can be a very emotional and tumultuous journey so you must keep running through the gun fire no matter what.

Just make sure you are getting in the property for the numbers and not the emotion of needing to make a deal.
