It’s web based accounting software for real estate investors. 

I have had issues with alarms that were spider webs or dust but I have also had alarms just go for no specific reason and we replaced them with new units and the new units did not alarm.

If you have and older home and  you go lead safe and they take dust swipes for your lead inspection please take the advice given on your state web sites regarding lead inspections.

I believe that they are currently working on updating the mobile apps to work more closely the way the web app does.

I've read the Bigger Pockets Rental Property Investing book and learned a lot through that and the web. 

They are LA/OC based, but they have a web/live version every month or so, which is what I did, since I’m the Bay Area as well. 

Whoever said that it was basic has never built a web site without the aid of a professional.

Also, I plan on completely automating my business through the web.)Must have websites and apps? 

I have been listening to a lot of bigger pockets podcasts and reading/listening to content on the web. 

Any skill can be learned and mastered these days with the wonderful world of the internet, I wish I had today's world wide web as a kid!
