Put a code on front door and tenants can leave keys behind with easy access to other tenants.

I also flipped 15 houses in 3 years.I'm planing to do the same here in SC at a bigger scale.I'm also a Realtor and have access to the MLS.

After the purchase last year, I do not have extra cash laying around so lately I have been researching lenders and ways to access funding.

From the looks of it there is a lot of information we have access to.

I'm probably going to be upgrading my profile soon to have even more access to the website. 

I have a realtor who can give me access to the MLS, so next steps will be to run analysis on actual properties.

SARs filed pursuant to the regulations go into a database that is accessible to regulatory agencies and law enforcement on the federal, state and local levels.

I am not a huge fan of garden apartments but this building is built out to have a legal basement with very good access and ceiling height so hate to waste that value add if we can contest or file a few documents and get a legal 4th unit.
