I currently work in the DC area at a semiconductor fab and travel to Pittsburgh on my weekends.  

It's kind of a legal loophole for people that travel for long periods of time. 

The visqueen method has no penetrations in the corners, thus giving the water a path to travel back to the pan and drain. 

In fact, why am I paying $50,000 plus medical and retirement benefits for Joe when I can hire a virtual assistant from Mexico or the Philippines for 1/3 the cost that is just as qualified and speaks excellent English? 

We are originally from Colorado and love it there as well, my wife is a travel nurse so we get to move to cool places a lot for short stints of time and I work from home and own my own marketing/advertising/design company.Goals: My goal with investing is to practice the brrrr strategy as well as fix and flip.
