Current interest rates are driving away the newbies and tire-kickers, even though they are still fairly low, and inflation/recession fears are on everyone's mind.This has happened before.

They can be ignorant, they can be mean-spirited, they can be under all kinds of influences and pressure, they can simply be too tired this day or fresh out of a fight with their spouse.

Sellers get tired of minor things in the inspection report giving the buyer a chance to renegotiate  the price down. 

Honestly, I am so tired from getting everything ported over and set up I just looked at a few services, saw that this was free, and just went with it.  

I have talked to a few distressed homeowners, met with many realtors, investors, and lenders and spent a lot of hours driving for dollars, making a business plan, and none of it has been tiring (yet).

If the property is simply tired and dated then financing may not be a problem.

I've been using Equity Trust but am tired of all the bogus fees, poor customer service, and screwed up paperwork.    

If we do a good job educating and funding, perhaps one day you'll come back and invest in trust deeds when you're tired of flipping or being a land lord.
