Hi Murphy,Larry Loftis has a book on the same topic with almost the same title (Investing in Duplexes, Triplexes, and Quads) that is pretty strong seller and widely available......Its focus is on the analysis of these types of properties.

He has decided that he wants to give back to his community and particularly veterans and soldiers.

It's widely considered in this area as the worst place to live.
