Hi. I am 32 yo. Alex. originally from Siberia, Russia  live in US for 10 years  truck owner operator. listened a lot of books while driving truck for the last 5 years. Wanted to join Kiyosaki several years ago but did not have 10 g )) my goal is to figure out how to buy properties for 70c for a buck. Second goal is to buy 5-6 apartment unit complex for 300k in houston area and start getting 2 k a month cash flow. I dont know if its real )) main goal is to find a teacher. I wish i could have a friend who is in real estate, but i dont know anybody who do that. everybody is driving a truck ))

If you are based in Tennessee as has been stated, I would recommend going to a local real estate club, consider investing locally first. Why Huston do you drive your truck to Houston on a regular basis? If your not in Huston regularly I would look for something closer to home especially while learning the business.
