Update- am in process of closing on a fix/flip- so far I will say Michael Calloway is excellent and if things continue smoothly thru closing I would give him and his company 5 stars while planning on using them for all my future lending.

They handle each deal with meticulous care, and I'm confident they'll manage your hybrid transaction smoothly for your primary residence.

You can use something like Venmo or Zelle if you'd like to smooth the process. 

This prompted me to ask BP about the ramifications.I'm working on the E-recording registration but it takes a bit to get started up. hopefully it'll go smoothly once registered, but it is another step that takes time!

Now that I've been through the process, I know who I want to work with, the properties & areas I truly want to buy in, and how to make the closing go more smoothly.

They have made some steps to smooth out some of our issues, but it seems like their property management is not what they advertise it to be.

It's pretty good, but we use it primarily because it flows smoothly into establishing payments, maintenance tickets, etc.

I still recommend discussing it with the tenants first and garnering their support (or at least to clarify for them your reasoning) as it will help the transition to go smoothly. 

You may be taking on more than you legally have to.It's totally admirable that you want to try really hard and make things as smooth as possible for your tenants.

That whole process of loaning them funds from my IRA went very smoothly.
