I was wondering what an average percentage would be for a down payment of a single family home?

Some people think its best to put everyone and a single LLC...but I agree its a lot of work and costs.

Are there any issues with renting a single family home to multiple families, if the house is equipped to do so?

That being said, I was considering building a low cost franchise opportunity to people who struggle, like single mom's and the elderly who live on fixed incomes, allowing them to rent an apartment from me and the could rent the rooms out themselves.With the right team I see a win win, but I wanted some feedback.

It's not just real estate agents either - Angie's List, HomeAdvisor, A Place for Mom, attorney ads for lawsuits, etc.The Zillow's of the world spend so much on PPC that no single agent can compete with them.The worst part of it all is that they're so sloppy with their results.

It's a single family residence near a small college.

I had read online average household use for a month is 3k gallons...Is it even possible for house to use over 13 thousand gallons in a few days ?
