It has many great feature such as online lease signatures and split payment for multiple renters in a single unit.

The last several times I asked a local bank to setup checks to require 2 signatures they stated they dont offer that service unless it was limited to very high dollar checks.

In an effort to still make it personal, I plan on creating a template in Word and changing the address for each property, signing my signature at the bottom of each letter, and hand writing the address on the envelope.

And they still insist on wet signatures (print/sign/scan).
