You can then have them cover some of their own expenses (school supplies, clothing, etc.) from their salary, using money that was taxed at a lower rate.This is all just off the top of my head, of course.

@Red Smith Yeah, I've considered it but I cant do it while I'm in school fulltime and working fulltime, I figured something close to free rent temporarily would be best.

(unless you were planning to do vacation rental) It is also zoned for good school with its High school (Spanish River Community) being ranked 9/10. 

The community is great , very new houses , schools are 10 out of 10 , but I really don't know if it make sense to sell my townhouse and change to single family .

So that's Graduate Hospital area that's clearly well-gentrified.

Actually this measure stands to provide significant benefit to rental property owners as they are specifically exempted in the proposition and a large portion of the tax funds will be invested in local schools, which over time will increase property values.
