Each school is different as far as what they'll recognize as an internship, but because the position is remote, I could market only to the areas that would count it (plenty of schools are pretty lax on what they consider an internship).The primary concern would be keeping the role 1099 as opposed to W2 to assist in limiting costs and paperwork.

It depends on what will incentivize them and also based on what their specific role is (for example, my project managers also handle things like coordinating staging, dealing with appraisers, dealing with alarms going off in the middle of the night, analyzing deals, etc).Personally, I pay my project managers monthly salary plus a percentage of the profits on each deal.

My role would be to research the houses within a specialty area and then present them to you.If you end up buying the house, I'd receive a very small commission.
