It's currently a 4 bedroom, but to get it rented I would wall off one side ( college kids want to live in 1-2 bedrooms now)Unit 3A 1 tenant x 1950 per semester - 2 semester = $3900Unit 4B - This side would need a kitchen and bath this would work out similar, $3900Basement - Could be turned into a 2 bedroom.

We only use ceramic on walls in bathrooms or kitchen backsplashes, as broken floor tiles are common and annoying to repair.

They retain the right to call the mortgage based on the due on sale clause, but they have no incentive to do it since that would most likely convert it from a performing to a nonperforming loan and they don't want that.
