all point at a highly unprofessional, lazy individual...if he's part of a reputable agency, inform his superiors so that they have a chance to improve their usiness (because it sure doesn't sound like he's going to better himself, if he's now concerned with your personal impression of him instead of focusing on what he can do to rectify the situation, and what he can learn from it moving forward).

I decided a long time ago that I was better at recognizing and finding good deals, assessing properties, investing for growth, and decided to leave dealing with tenants to the experts, as such, I now use a good PM company (...and yes, there are reputable one's out there) to manage my tenants.

I’m a big plastic fan, PEX working pressure for ¾ is about 150 psig it doesn’t freeze so it is lower than ¾ copper tubing about 700 psig, 6 of one half dozen of the other, I wouldn’t waste my time from a freezing standpoint.
