Hello BP family, This is my first post on BP and first i want to say I am very thankful for the insight i get from this community everyday.So the question i have is, i was recently approved to receive up to 2.4 million for the purchase of Real Estate properties.

From what I've experienced with LLC financing, if it's a newer one (less than 2 years old), they'll underwrite your personal finances, but I've received different answers from different lenders so you'll have to get direct answers from lenders you speak with.

I am assuming I should have a real estate lawyer draw up documents to get all this done?

@Dustin Cady hi Dustin,So i ended up not getting that place, not because of the credit but seller received a better offer.

Looks like you've received some great feedback thus far. 

Needless to say, I immediately called my lawyer and sent her all of the documentation and statements he had made to me, and all of his promises and instances where he pushed back the owed money.

Also,  have a discussion prior as to your involvement if you would like to be completely passive and simply receive quarterly updates on your investment progress, or if you would like to know the challenges and why specific decisions were made along the way... latter of course takes additional time commitment. 

I have received quotes from several companies, but $2500 (the lowest bidder) seems a bit costly.

If you do a group effort with someone on BP I would love a chance to photo document.
