While boilers are slow for recovery, they are usually a more even comfortable heat then forced air so that shouldnt be an issue.

They are the ones with the thin silver frame and the thin glass.My partner and I are debating it, he says there is no need to change them since they are in good condition, and I want to change them since we are planning on changing all the A/C ducts and the inside and outside A/C units so changing the windows will be a plus and make the house more energy efficient by keeping the cold air in.Advice?

(knock on wood).put Panasonic fans in each bathroom. they are the best and it's just a few bucks more than the crappy Nutone from HD.not sure why people are having problems with disposals. i put brand new one in each house.put slotted bifold closet doors if closet has exterior wall. it will allow air movement, so wall will not mold.

That 25% rule isn't all that accurate for secondary market loan for a property in a commercial zoning, the lightest commercial zoning, will not prevent residential financing but it depends on the commercial activity as well and use of the property.
