So it may be a blessing in disguise, but wanted to check with the brain trust.I'm more leaning towards letting it be as the supplemental insurance would be an additional hit and as much as I'd like the extra 40K of spending power, I wasn't sure if it was worth it to add the supplemental insurance on top of the already expensive flood insurance.Thanks!!

Generally a successful agent has more negotiating power but some offices use the split as a way to get new agents into the office.I would agree with @Patrisha Leybovich that Keller Williams is a good brokerage: lots of freedom and lots of opportunity to learn.

@Douglas KrofcheckIf you have four separate units and wanted to install a central vacuum in each, it is possible each would need to be plumbed separately {for fire code reasons} - either back to a common mechanical room or within each unit - requiring a separate canister/motor to be installed for each.While a central vacuum would be a nice perk, I doubt it would be cost effective - it would likely be cheaper to finish all the units with hard flooring (no carpets) and buy a $50 Bissell Power Force bagless vacuum for each unit.
