What I meant by supplemental pay is that I've heard that at some agency's they offer a person a low wage maybe like $5/ hour while they are employed at the agency.

It seems like buying an entire marina could be great ... kind of like a mobile home park on the water, but I personally wouldn't like buying a water condo because you would be at the mercy of the association rules and fees.

Probably not going to get the same appreciation that you may get in Denver but I think businesses are going to start moving to secondary markets as technology makes their operations more mobile and they realize it's cheaper to do business in smaller markets.
