What I meant by supplemental pay is that I've heard that at some agency's they offer a person a low wage maybe like $5/ hour while they are employed at the agency.

It seems like buying an entire marina could be great ... kind of like a mobile home park on the water, but I personally wouldn't like buying a water condo because you would be at the mercy of the association rules and fees.

Note I do not own mobile homes but have 4 rentals.  1.

VA loans are more flexible than any other Agency loan product out there in every which way except the condition of the home being lent on, as you already know from your home purchase. 

There are also agencies that work with distressed borrowers facing foreclosure.

I just started reading Lonnie Scruggs book 'Deals on Wheels' on buying/selling and financing used mobile homes.

Denver agents - curious if anyone knows of agencies that allow their agents to manage properties they don't own.

I have an investor friendly Realtor, some contacts with contractors, and an LLC already in place for a travel agency that I'm simultaneously working on expanding.I'm excited and nervous at the same time!

Probably not going to get the same appreciation that you may get in Denver but I think businesses are going to start moving to secondary markets as technology makes their operations more mobile and they realize it's cheaper to do business in smaller markets.
