The ones i am finding seem to be pricing us very high as we are out of state. need someone who is fair, quality work, and wont F### us over lol

Right now, the rental market is pretty high if not too high in a lot of areas. 

It would be difficult to break even with the saturation and high interest rates even with it being on the market 100% of the time.  

I highly advise you to reach out to people that are experienced real estate investors and ask them to mentor you.
