I also wanted to post on here too and see if anyone is up for grabbing a beer or coffee and talk real estate, or looking at different deals together on the market.

Random stuff: I work downtown Houston, so I can do meetups, grab a coffee or meet for lunch, or a beer after work.

This was confirmed when I took an uber pool through Trinidad last year, I saw what looked to be prostitutes on the street corner and when two young blond girls got in my shared uber I asked them how the neighborhood was improving and they told me they were just coming from their friend's place in Trinidad and that friend had just moved to Trinidad a week before and that she was robbed the night before.

Why not just start providing webinars on the 'basics' of data in 2020... like where to get it free from the county/city/state....how to clean/wrangle it quickly and join it with other data... most property data (parcel/sales/tax/owner info) is either free, or next to free through an Open Data request to your city/county/state, or by typing 'GIS Parcel Open Data' with your county name into Google and just grabbing the entire county parcel file.
