I'm in the process of deciding where to invest in real estate, and I find myself torn between two options: The Local Metro area of Colorado Springs and the Nearby Rural region of Pueblo West, CO. 

I'm in the process of re-designing our long-term real estate holding structure and would appreciate your experience, thoughts and comments.

Unfortunately I’m emotionally tied to it since it taught me the most I have learned good and bad.  

Some things I did to streamline some of that is pay some of the expenses in batches if you can't or unwilling to automate.Maybe what you need to do is look at streamlining your own process. 

Speaking as an immigrant myself, immigrants do not want any eviction record on their credit as they are trying to establish a life here, but I am not sure how to facilitate an eviction process for an international tenant with limited information on hand. 

We are in the process of starting a new construction with a big name local builder in the area.

Another thought process is, you be your own general contractor (don't pay a contractor to handle the rehab).
