I joined BP about 3 weeks ago and have been blown away by the amount of collaboration and support within this community.

Pay off current mortgage, save frivolously, seek other purchases, etc.I'm looking for some advice and direction from some similar experiences here within the BP community.

You would only be considered a disregarded entity if you live in a community property state.  

The communities outside of Austin are great purchases; especially for cash-flowing rentals.

@Dan Schwartz, a Qualified Joint Venture can only be used in a community property state (AZ, CA, ID, LA, NV, NM, TX, WA, and WI).

Hi Gem have you visited AZREIA as that is a great place to network and find active investors to partner with and hard money lenders outside of BP community - let me know once you are ready for off market exclusive deals as I specialize in city violation , probate and fire damage deals 

Hi BP Community, I've read some posts before covering investments from various angles but have not found something specific to my situation so I'm am looking for some thoughts and advice from the wise folks on BP.

That approach worked out extremely well for us, and we plan to use it heavily in future investments, especially as we move into MF properties.So my question to the BP community is this: how have you used that approach, and how has it worked out?
