Looking to get my foot in the door, where to start?
First off, hello BP community!
A little background about me: I'm a 24-year-old university graduate making a decent salary, but don't have much at all in my savings. I literally created my account a few minutes ago, and this website has so much on it, I really don't know where to start. If someone could point me to some beginners reading materials, and possibly recommend a strategy to get some skin in the game (i.e. how to get a JV money partner) I would be very grateful!
Regards,
Wesley
