But the issue that often comes up with wholesalers in Pennsylvania is that wholesalers don't want to (or don't realize that) they have to pay double transfer taxes when you assign a contract.

Additionally, my county provides general property data in easy to use files showing things such as # of bedrooms and bathrooms, the general condition of the property, last market sale date and price, zoning, etc.

I would also be interested in possibly converting the attic into a third bedroom as well. 

Allstate gave me a great quote if I bundle with my car, but their car insurance was double what I'm paying with Progressive right now. 

We are looking to double our portfolio this year. 

A double around here for that price (assuming it is rent ready) will go quickly.
