Check your lease it might have a showing clause ,but the good news if you cooperate and  a new tenant is approved to move in before the end of your lease you would not be liable for the full amount Landlords can not charge twice for the same occupancy

I'm not so intrigued with the whole Chicago thing right now, seeing as they're on the news quite a bit lately, although the reviews seem positive.Re commercial brokers, I've seen a few small apts listed on LoopNet, etc... but these most likely aren't TK, and I'd likely have to put my own Property Mgmt team in place, which includes vetting the candidates accordingly.
