I mostly took the exam for the challenge and thought it might be of use someday.  

Many other experienced flippers to chat with in SoCal too (but I'm not one of them) ... challenge for you will likely be financing as most really good deals can only be purchased all cash (or via hard money loan).You may need or want to partner to trade some sweat for experience.

Hi Chris,that is a great question and we have had many challenges finding the right balance.

We both work full time, so I know this will be a challenge; however, I've been listening to quite a few podcasts and I'm motivated by those of you who have built portfolios with full time jobs.

I also commend you for your goal of $200 Door/50 units but would challenge you on your thinking.

This is in a town of 4K, and finding good help to do the work has been a challenge...

If they would be willing to guide and challenge me, I ensure to be  an eager-to-learn, highly motivated student.

Here in London, stuff around the university is more costly but demands higher rent than the college.Having 5 people on a lease is also a challenge. 

I expect it to take a little bit to get rolling but I am in this for the long haul and look forward to the challenges and rewards that are in store for me.

Maybe also wedding receptions, although parking is a challenge.
