Looking for advice on quick ways to analyze a new area to figure out if it is a potentially profitable area to investage further...mostly for rental properties.We are currently looking at city data for average income, average home prices and then looking up rent average for the bedroom sizes.Anyone else have tips on quick data to review?

So, I need a contract, I assume I will do a title search, have the land surveyed, hire a lawyer (I have one through work that will do RE stuff) to deal with title transfer and filing or is that someone else?  

I use best recommended practices for such data transfers, am covered by my insurance company for identity theft issues stemming from my practice and generally am very careful. 

Then you should use this data to increase your daily rates based on seasonality, day of the week and special events.

My lawyer is presently forming the LLC and will be having the properties transferred over from me to the LLC.

The only downside is the amount of time it takes for the money to be transferred to my bank account from when the tenant makes their payment.
