Hello All,I am looking to learn from the experience of the well seasoned investors and educational podcasts on this site.

You don't NEED a real estate license to invest, but you do Need a good education, however, having a license IS a better way to operate in real estate and I highly suggest getting one especially in the beginning. :)

Im a newbie in the education phase, looking to LLC this thang right out the gate, so whats the sexiest REI business name you've ever seen or thought about but it was too crass to actually name your business after...and shoot! 

Looking to REI to escape employment, fund my four kids' education and support philanthropic endeavors.

I have just started my education in REI (~ 3 months) and am eager to do a deal.
