No software is good at everything so you have to choose what's important to you:  Is it Data?

It will for sure help you choose your niche depending on your financial situation and what you like/ how much work you want to put in and overall that you want out of real estate.

In general, you can choose to address all of the major/critical items that involve safety and/or potential code violations.   

Earlier editions had icing and reliability issues and a reputation for being loud; antidotally Gree appears to have improved on those fronts.

I think if you had to choose one, multi's act more like businesses so they better cater to investors but I don't think its fair to write off SFH as investment vehicles :)

You can form this in any which way you choose.

There is no reason to ever have to make the decision to give up your w2 unless you choose to.
