(A lot of "I wish I were your age when I started") Basically having the orientation be free, I felt it was worth an hour of a half of my time if not just for the information, than think of it as being an opportunity to meet with brokers, agents, and fellow investors for insight and additional info.

What I mean to say is that I know I can refer leads to my mortgage broker and the ones that will be able to qualify for a mortgage are the ones for which I will make a marketing fee.

Some companies pass themselves off as preconstruction investment companies or over seas property agents, brokers and so on..... but they are really just tour operators.
