Those mega companies have many subsidiaries that install cell towers everywhere in the country.

My dad actually had a phone installed in the basement because this was back before cell phones,, so he'd have access to a phone to call police.. finally guy was forced out by sheriff, had to drill the locks and force-ably remove him from the property with a No Trespass order to boot.

For sure I was spending money on marketing and lawyers and and cell phones and gas, etc., but I wasn't using much of my own cash to get the deal under contract and I wasn't bringing my own cash to closing.
