Hello!

I have been a AAA home insurance customer since 2011. While they have provided excellent service in that time, I'm having a current issue. When converting a multifamily property from primary residence into investment property, there was some confusion that has led to their cancellation of my policy. They're still trying to sort out how they might be able to assist me, but in the meantime they've given me a reason to consider their competition.

So, I'm in the market for a competitive bid. I'd like to purchase the following insurance for use in Southern California. Does anyone have a recommendation? Thanks in advance.

Auto, 3 vehicles

Homeowners, 1 primary, 1 investment ($ 1M each)

Umbrella ($ 1M)
