Most here have not been around the block enough to understand how many ways there are to get into trouble, give them 15 or 20 years or 1,000+ deals and then there will be enough exposure to understand the pitfalls of the RE services business.

Then as Jeffrey mentioned, you have to get a heating system, and his prices are representative of what you can expect to pay.Now, there is another house I was looking at buying, where the nearest gas line was 1 block away, and where PECO was also the gas supplier.
