Need help with Deal - Good Price, Bad Location
Hello all. I have a property under contract where the purchase price is $42,500. It's a 4/1 1/2 , and it need some work around 10-15k. My question is, this property will cash flow and it will most like be able to be flipped around $75,000. The question is, the property is in somewhat of a busy road. Can someone give me some insight on what to do in this situation? The property value here is around $100-150k fixed up, but I figure since it's on a busy road $75k to sell. I'd like to flip it, but cash flow would be ok too. Thank you in advance.
