Katie, many of the independent agents/brokers on this site (including myself) will have many options.We have direct appointments with companies like Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Farmers, etc. 

I sent an inquiry as to what they are trying to sell...and got back "schedule an appointment" So I googled before I wasted any more valuable time and found this thread....thank you.

We also use Call Porter's answering service, and all we do now is show up to appointments.  

They talk to sellers, negotiate price, setup appointments and handle all of my social media and blog sites.

I'll make fake appointments to waste your time.

You had to have ten appointments for the next week.

When we made an appointment twice, the selling agent let the other agent and their client know, and they went out and made an offer.

Another option is to leave your phone number and say appointment by phone only.

If they make it past the background check...and run their names through mugshots.com for FL as well...they make an appointment to meet them somewhere publicly to chat...then visit their current "home."
