Sure, an event of some kind could happen that than stimulation of economy is the call to action but it's pointless because this group seeking excuses for NON-action will simply **** there excuse saying economy is too weak, prices are too high, it's the year of the Rat, Jupiter and Mars are in bad alignment etc etc etc.. 

You are supposed to be the market expert, so be the expert, present the info, and if your sellers are close to alignment then off to the races!
