I currently have higher insurance on each property to help protect myself but think its best to move to an LLC now as i continue to expand.   

I would schedule a walk through to create your own list of what your property needs in order to ask the maximum rent the market will bear and to protect your investment. 

I understand wanting to protect your property, but also consider reasonable ways to let them enjoy some extra storage.
