I'm reading that corporations are drawing on their credit lines in fear of banks taking them away.Have any investors had their credit lines or HELOC's cancelled recently?

I got credit for the national portion as I was already licensed in Mass, but I breezed through the state portion in 20 minutes - oxycodone and all.

After reading Garrett Sutton's book "Start Your Own Corporation" it seems like an LLC would be the best way to protect myself from lawsuits and situations of that nature.

Industrial you have to heavily assess the type of business operating their and worst case scenario for environmental contamination.The larger national type tenants like Amazon most want custom new builds with high ceilings and tons of bell and whistles.
