Well, Philadelphia is one of the best places to invest and has been for the last few years, we have some of the hottest zip codes all over the country, there are ALSO TONS of pockets and areas all over Philadelphia and just outside in the nearby counties -Chester, Delaware, Montgomery counties all have pockets that are good for investing.

Alot of people think Realtors are all property managers and while many states you need to be licensed to manage other owners property (Delaware where I am for instance) that doesn't mean they know what they're doing.I'm sorry you're going through this.
