Hey Account Closed, as others have said utilizing 50k isn't a huge pot to start with, but it's more than many people have in their mid 20's.

That one pot of money can be replenished or reimbursed with a Fannie Mae cash out refinance once you have been on title for 6 months or more.

On the stone range, it seems a pot was dropped on the surface and a crack has spread to all four corners of the stove. 

Could I cook a meal at home for less than going out to a restaurant?

Or like a 30-something-year-old bachelor who pretty much just heats up pre-made food in the microwave for every in-home meal walking up to the chef of a successful French restaurant and asking her how he can cook like that and open a restaurant.

I want to make a big deal out of it was going be cooking hamburgers and hotdogs etc. etc.

Especially for stuff like dishes/glasses/silverware, small appliances like blenders/coffee pots toasters.

Garbage can, microwave, coffee pot, etc...

This is my home now and I don't want to stir the pot more than is absolutely necessary, but I get the sense that conciliatory attitude or not, at least 2 of the 3 are going to fight me on this to the bitter end.2)Anybody build new construction where you had to deal with this 'fire apparatus access road' requirement?
