It's been my experience they will charge for the relocation.My neighbor constructed was in a similar situation for his electric service... except he wanted a two story garage and the electric line was in the way from the pole to his house.

Looking into prefab metal building versus wood construction.

I recently finished construction on a large custom home in a gated community in a rural setting.

It was enough for a full remodel with great bones.

They will use the Class A funds (me along with others) plus with an unspecified equity amount (Class B) into purchasing the asset ($250K), and the rehab ($80K) will be a bank construction loan. 

The "bones" of the unit seem solid though so no real structural damage.A couple of questions now regarding how to handle the tenants.
