Your best bet is simply to call an insulation company.  

@Grace Porritt  think about the gouging in the hotel industry.. rent a room in new England during the color season.. its 2 to 3 times as much as other times. were I think the air Bnb might be more consitant price wise .. although I bet there was some big dollars dropped in the Silicon valley for the super bow. 

For the next 20 years the prospects in the Emerging Economies like India are the only good Growth bets.

You can bet your britches that I am still worried one of his kids will find out how little he sold it for and sue me, claiming I lied, cheated, and committed elder abuse.

I bet there are tons of homes with no hazard insurance policies and are one fire away from being the next vacant and boarded up home on your block, something you have no control over.

Your best bet is as @Omar Ruiz suggested, ask for a repair credit.

(when setting limits never specify adults or children as any differentiation can be considered discrimination). you best bet right now is to write down your rental criteria for this property, and assuming you don't want to rent to 8 people, write down that your limit is any number under 7. that way when you deny, you have written proof of your criteria.

The officials I talked to at the meeting didn't think those were sure bets to change and even if they did want to change them, it would be more than a year away.

No one can predict when there will another crash because if they could they would bet everything they have on it.
