Blue Ridge Georgia is such an amazing area!

I'm currently in the process of acquiring my first short-term rental property in the Blue Ridge, GA area and would greatly appreciate your insights and experiences with similar situations.

The Blue Ridge STVR Ordinance covers everything very clearly, but I'm still not sure what exactly I'm supposed to provide.Any thoughts?

We just acquired a cabin in Blue Ridge from owners who previously used it for short term rentals and now we've got our first guest.

I have 8 apartment complexes in that area in strong blue collar neighborhoods.  

I invested in a similar tertiary town in IL, when I lived there, which was primarily students and blue-collar manufacturing.

@Matt LyonsI personally do not invest in any blue states as most of them are more tenant friendly. 

Most house hackers these days have been following the blue line (and west) in areas like Humboldt Park, Logan Square, Hermosa, Jefferson Park, etc.

To be vague, I look at C-class as mostly blue-collar workers living there. 

My main focus area is in Blue Ridge, GA and there is so much to be learned.
