So, there are no electronics retailers here now other than Walmart and Amazon/Internet Retailers.I am dying to walk into a small shop where someone can demonstrate to me the best new tvs, stereo equipment and video games to buy.

Anyway, I'm listening to a ton of podcasts, audible books, youtube videos, etc. 

I asked about their cameras outside because they would have obviously recorded me making my payment but the video footage is supposedly at their corporate offices in another state.

In my opinion (and for clarity, I do NOT own, nor have I ever owned any DSTs), the fees are what you pay for not actively handling the headaches of real estate management issues yourself, which at some point becomes almost priceless; the illiquidity is inherent to real estate in general, esp in the commercial space, and in reality no one should get into DST with money they would need in the next 5-10 years (ideally never need it and just invest it for the yield); and the returns are sort of on par with various real estate investments, as well as non-RE investments, such as dividend stock/funds, other PPMs and other passive investments.

It's basically a network of cameras that would work like video door bell for the tenant, but at the same time collect data for landlord as to how many people are living in each unit, any break-in attempts, any issues with common area etc., 

Just saw there is a new video series from Clayton Morris. 

I've seen some videos on YouTube and read about some people using a drywall sander and it looks like magic but almost seems too good to be true.

Very relevant to my life, so some clarity would be appreciated.
