Anyone out there have a property manager they can recommend for a SFR in north Denver on Pecos and 76th street?

What neighborhood grade would you give zip code 45417 within the bordering streets of Nicholas Rd, S Broadway, W 3rd and S Gettysburg??

This is a good thing since the property is almost an hour away from me.Another interesting thing about this house is that it's located on a street that is being completely repaved and redone thanks to The Villages.

@Andrew Cordle @Abhi Golhar  If you guys see me going door-to-door on one of the streets off Dresden to see if I can buy and tear down their home, don't run me over!  

It is doable, as there are homes on her street being rented with similar specs.

In particular I'm looking at Manchester and more specifically, downtown (the tree streets to be even more specific).  

There will be blood in the streets for commercial -- it didn't really happen as it should have back in 2012.

But the best buyers I have found have been either through street signs or Craig's List.
