Do you guys and gals have any insights or wisdom?

Any wisdom I can learn from fellow BP members would be valuable in the meantime. 

So - to prevent ourselves from being overwhelmed with FOMO, here are a few things we've learned from submitting our first offer:1) There are always other and even BETTER deals2) $4k isn't really that much different in the grand scheme of a 30 year mortgage3) Making offers truly isn't hard4) Zestimates can be deceiving5) Use blizzards in April to your advantage (only the fiercest go out for a showing in blizzard conditions)6) BP needs to have a podcast episode on negotiation tactics7) Old homes may have charm, but also a lot of baggage8) Sometimes you don't always need to look at the second unit 9) Emotions are fine, we're human, duh, but you should always keep them in check with the #s, if they work, trust them10) I welcome hearing your wisdom and insight you've gained after making your first offer.

So pretty much everyone says that house hacking is the ideal first investment, but being someone who often questions conventional wisdom, I have a few questions about this.

Now I need to do my due diligence, bird dog properties, and bring in a project that will make everyone a profit --- to include delivering a wonderful home for someone to enjoy for years to come.Thank all for your words of wisdom and time -- in advance.

Did you get education/wisdom while doing it?

I've never sued anyone before but I really think that I should sue him.All of the bigger pockets wisdom is requested.
