Travel between brooklyn, Costa rica, Panama, Belize, and Nicaragua.

So far I've quickly got in the habit of bringing up seller financing and in the short of time I've been doing this and the shamefully little work I've done I'm surprised to report I've talked to a few at least open to the idea.

I am not counting on appreciation at all, but I also don't want to find myself with a loan that's bigger than the property can sell for in case of a downturn.I travel a lot for work to Columbus.  

(My situation: great financials, but live in apartment due to extensive travel)Bottom line, lender is telling me I won't be able toFinance any investments.

These numbers include all inspection fees, closing costs and my travel.

I just want a modest home where I can build equity, get help paying the mortgage while not living there, and ultimately, when I quit traveling, I'll have a home.

Either way, I think home sharing will someday be the standard for people travelling.
