From my experiences the best way to survive and learn is to work within a group,they usually have a mentor who teaches you how to hustle,follow leads etc.Its not the agency your work for it's your mentor and team.

Your ALL in cost is only a cup of coffee.I am currently flipping homes in Orange County and teach others how to do so as well.

I just thought I would write about a discussion I had with a young guy that was listening to a youtube pitch on a wholesale class that would teach him to make 70k a month assigning deals.Maybe my discussion with him will help other newbies or maybe some of you wholesalers can correct me. 

If you're not a CPA or an EA you likely shouldn't be "teaching" techniques you learned in a weekend class.
